Sometimes, in very rare cases, it is necessary to remove patients from the surgery list because of their unacceptable behaviour or abuse of the service.  If this happens, the patient will be notified in writing of the reasons behind the decision and who to contact to find out how to register with another GP practice.  The Patient Practitioner Services Agency are able to advise on this and they can be contacted on 01392 207421.
